Bid Farewell to Niche Food Group: Rockwell Beer Co Sets New Kitchen Operations Beginning January 4th

The beloved Rockwell Beer Co. has announced that the partnership with Gerard Craft’s highly acclaimed Niche Food Group is set to end on January 3rd. Recognized for opening the Brasswell beer kitchen in 2018, Rockwell has expressed deep appreciation for the collaboration with the Niche Food Group.

Rockwell’s Director of Operations, Dan Heaghney, shared in a statement the excitement for this change. He mentioned that with the success of the beer garden located in Francis Park, Rockwell felt able to bring the same level of excellence to the Grove location. He also expressed enthusiasm for providing more extensive food pairings with Rockwell’s diverse beverage selection.

The decision for Niche Food Group to step away from the partnership has given the team more time to focus on current and new concepts. The None of the Above restaurant at City Foundry STL as well as the upcoming Expat BBQ at City Foundry STL and the reopening of Porano Pasta in its Des Peres location are all part of their recent projects.

Gerard Craft commented on the mutual appreciation shared between the brewery and the Niche Food Group. He praised the experience of working in the Grove neighborhood with a small menu and specific cuisine. He also looked forward to the exciting innovations and improvements that the Rockwell team is set to bring.

The transition of kitchen operations at Rockwell Beer Co is due to take effect as of Thursday, January 4th. While no further comments have been released, folks can look forward to the exciting updates and changes coming up soon.
